This plan provides service to all State, County, and Local facilities nationwide.  This plan includes a remote number and 300 minutes of long distance talk time, additional minutes are 6 cents per minute. 

When you sign up for this plan you are signing up for a remote phone number near the inmate’s facility.  You will give this remote number to the inmate as your new home phone number.  When he calls your new remote number we will route the call through our system to your phone.  We can send the calls to any phone, including blocked lines and mobile phones, in the US or Canada on this plan.    All calls are still subject to the prison’s rules and regulations.

Please make note that the inmate will not be able to call this remote number collect so you will be required to set up a prepaid phone account with the facility for this remote number.  Our office will assist you in setting up this account.  Once this account is set up the inmate will be able to call your remote number.

So you do not miss a call we offer auto-pay with your credit card.  Each month on the same day you signed up for service our system will auto-bill your credit card your monthly fee plus tax so your service will continue without interruption.  

If the inmate moves you must notify us so we can get you a new remote number at the inmate’s new facility.  When the inmate gets out just call our office to cancel.  We will cancel your service and your credit card billing.
