This plan covers all federal facilities in the US, including all military facilities, and includes 300 min of long distance talk time.  We can send the calls to any phone, including mobile phones, in the US or Canada. 

When you sign up for this plan you are signing up for a remote phone number near the inmate’s facility.  This number will be a local number for the facility that the inmate is in.  You will give this remote number to the inmate and he will now call this remote number as your new phone number.  When he calls your new remote number we will route the call through our system to your phone.  All calls are still subject to the prison’s rules and regulations.

How do you save?  You will not have to send the inmate approximately $70 each month just so the inmate can call you.  Now you will pay us just $18.50 for those same calls.  Each time the inmate calls your new remote number the inmate’s phone account will be debited just 6 cents per min or 90 cent for the 15 min call.

So you do not miss a call we offer auto-pay with your credit card.  Each month on the same day you signed up for service our system will auto-bill your credit card for your monthly fee so your service will continue without interruption.  

If the inmate moves you must notify us so we can get you a new remote number at the inmate’s new facility.  When the inmate gets out just call our office to cancel.  There is no fee to cancel but you must call in so we can cancel your service and your credit card billing.
